Car-X Tire & Auto

I had an appointment scheduled today to fix my passenger side headlight. To ensure everything was on track, I called two hours prior to my appointment time to check availability, and team confirmed that the shop were ready for the service. However, after I arrived, I was kept waiting for almost 30 minutes, only to be told that I would need to come back tomorrow. When I tried to politely explain to a female staff member that this is unfair to clients—especially since I had provided all the service details in advance and received a confirmation call—she simply stated that the work could not be done now and walked away while I was still speaking. If your shop cannot fulfill an appointment, clients should be notified before they travel to your location. I am incredibly disappointed by this lack of professionalism and the poor treatment I received. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME AND SERVICE HIS/HER VEHICLE FROM HERE.

Shoutout to Isaac and Tony! They were super helpful, friendly, and made the entire visit easy and stress-free. It’s rare to get such great service these days, and they made the experience completely worth coming back.

First of all this is my first time using tire service Car-X in Eagan, MN and everything went well at first but there was two problems that I had with this location. First problem they can't removed lock nuts just a simple task so I have to removed it myself and I had to reschedule my tires installation the next day. Second problem when it came to install all of my four tire, they damaged one of my tire bead as shown in pictures so I end up with three new tires installed and 1 old one installed. There're deep scuff all of my four outside inner rims. I purchased tires from retailer without warranty and have Car-X installed for option installation. I don't know what to say bad luck, first time and last time.

Stay away from them. They did tire installation for me and the vehicle immediately started shaking but now they won't honor the installation and want extra fees to fix it. I would never do any business with Car X Auto ever with the experience I had from this Eagan Location. The manager/auto technician Tony does not have a decent customer service skill and seems always in bad mood and does not answer the basic questions easily and tries to avoid it. I've never seen an auto place that does not honor if any issues is found in the work they did. I should have been more diligent with reading the one stars reviews before I did business with them but I ignored it and gave them benefit of the doubt. Never again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! I’m still amazed that this shop replaced all four tires on my Cadillac in under 28 minutes. Not only were they incredibly fast, but the professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail were top-tier from start to finish. They treated my vehicle with care, kept everything organized, and had me safely back on the road before I could even finish relaxing in the waiting area. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a repair shop that combines speed, efficiency, and genuine customer service this well. Thank you for respecting my time and delivering exceptional work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional tire service. You definitely earned my 5 stars! 🚗✨
